Softball Recap: East Bay Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for East Bay's offense. They came up short against the Newsome Wolves on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The Indians have struggled against the Wolves recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

East Bay's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Newsome, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Coming up, East Bay will take on Riverview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Newsome, they will face off against Steinbrenner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wolves 2.7, the Warriors 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
