Volleyball Preview: Toombs County Bulldogs vs. Ware County Gators        
        
		
             Toombs County hasn't had much luck against Ware County recently, but that could start to change  on Thursday. After both having extra time off,  both  will dust off their jerseys to  take on  one another  at 4:30  p.m. Toombs County will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
 Toombs County is headed into the  contest having just  posted their biggest  win since August 27th on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by  a  3-0 margin over McIntosh County Academy.
 The  3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Toombs County was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13,  25-3.
  Arianna Hill was nothing short of spectacular: she  had 11  kills and nine  aces. She is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served two or more in the last three games she's  played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emma Wright, who  had two  aces and 12  assists.
 She wasn't the only good server: Toombs County  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 17  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in four consecutive  matchups.
 Meanwhile, Ware County didn't have quite enough to beat Warner Robins two weeks ago and fell  2-1. The Gators have now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Ware County sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 24-26,  15-6.
 Toombs County has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record  this season. As for Ware County, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.
 Toombs County came up short against Ware County in their previous matchup  back in August, falling  2-0. Can Toombs County avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
