Volleyball Recap: Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Takes a Loss

If Sanborn Central/Woonsocket was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of James Valley Christian on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Blackhawks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots on Saturday. The Blackhawks haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Sanborn Central/Woonsocket's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

Sanborn Central/Woonsocket will head out on the road to take on Sunshine Bible Academy on Tuesday. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Wolsey-Wessington on the 4th.
