Peachtree Ridge won the last time they faced Duluth and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wildcats.

Peachtree Ridge never let Duluth on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-23.

Anaya Walters paced Peachtree Ridge's offense, picking up four kills. Walters got some help from Catalina Bianchi Ramos and her six assists.

Peachtree Ridge's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Duluth, they dropped their record down to 1-20 with the loss, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Peachtree Ridge has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Collins Hill on the 22nd. Hopefully Duluth paid attention to the Lions' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
