North Myrtle Beach lost to Conway last Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Chiefs had just enough and edged out the Tigers 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chiefs.

Jake Frick tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one walk any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Kaden Lank was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. Brown Reaves was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

North Myrtle Beach's victory bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Conway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-14.

As of now, neither North Myrtle Beach nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
