Volleyball Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Frankfort suffered their biggest loss since October 9th on Monday. They came up short against the St. Francis Gladiators, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Frankfort was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-22.

Ava Meyer paced Frankfort's offense, picking up five kills. Meyer got some help from Alice Luther and her ten assists. Luther was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Frankfort's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11-1. As for St. Francis, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-15.

Coming up, Frankfort will square off against Elk Rapids at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Francis, they will challenge Traverse City Central at 5:00 p.m. on the 30th.
