Volleyball Recap: Tidewater Academy Takes a Loss

Tidewater Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Southampton Academy Raiders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-21, 25-13.

Tidewater Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Southampton Academy, the victory got them back to even at 10-10-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Tidewater Academy will square off against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Knights will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southampton Academy, they will take on Southampton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
