Drayton Hampton gave up the fewest walks he has over his last five matches on Friday. He tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Sweet Springs: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-7 otherwise.
