Soccer Recap: Garland Comes Up Short

Garland managed to keep up with Rowlett until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Garland Owls lost 4-1 to the Rowlett Eagles.

Garland's goal came courtesy of Kenny Sepulveda, which was the first he's scored this season.

Garland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Rowlett, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Wylie the next time they take the pitch. Rowlett will host Wylie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Garland will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st.
