West Lafayette has gone 9-1 against Rossville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The West Lafayette Red Devils will host the Rossville Hornets at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

West Lafayette is headed into Thursday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They took a 70-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lebanon on Saturday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rossville). They took down Faith Christian 84-68 on Saturday.

Rossville found their leader in sophomore Brayden Thiele-Hahn, who shot 7-for-13 from downtown and almost dropped a double-double with 31 points and nine rebounds. Thiele-Hahn's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Skiles, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 boards.

Rossville is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.1 points over those games. West Lafayette's loss dropped their record down to 16-6.

West Lafayette beat Rossville 68-55 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Will West Lafayette repeat their success, or does Rossville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
