Baseball Recap: Buchanan Takes a Loss

Buchanan lost to Kalamazoo Christian back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bucks came up short against the Comets, falling 8-2.

Buchanan saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Holden Carrington, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Buchanan has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. Kalamazoo Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

While Buchanan had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
