Baseball Recap: Cohasset Comes Up Short

Cohasset lost against East Bridgewater back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Skippers fell 4-1 to the Vikings. The Skippers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cohasset got a good showing from Charlie Netishen, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Cohasset saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Oliver Buckley, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Cohasset's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for East Bridgewater, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Cohasset will challenge Hull at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for East Bridgewater, they will square off against Dennis-Yarmouth Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Dolphins will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight.
