Washburn kept a clean sheet against Maine School of Science & Math on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Penguins. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 last Friday.

The victory made it two in a row for Washburn and bumps their season record up to 3-3. As for Maine School of Science & Math, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Washburn and Maine School of Science & Math will both be playing Fort Fairfield the next time they take the pitch. The Beavers will host the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Penguins will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th.
