It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Pleasant Valley had no problem doing just that on Monday. They blew past the North Sand Mountain Bison 13-3. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 21 matches by six runs or more this season.

Pleasant Valley pushed their record up to 39-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for North Sand Mountain, they now have a losing record of 17-18.

Pleasant Valley didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-3 victory against West End on the 5th. As for North Sand Mountain, they have also already played their next game, a 6-5 win against Cleveland on the 6th.
