Tintic posted their closest victory since September 20th on Friday. They skirted past the Rowland Hall Winged Lions 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Miners.

Tintic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-17, 15-7.

Tintic's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Rowland Hall, they moved to 13-12 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.
