Volleyball Recap: Timothy Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Timothy Christian lost against Riverside-Brookfield back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Timothy Christian sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Timothy Christian still got an impressive performance from Kate Vogelzang, who had 27 digs and one assist. Vogelzang has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Timothy Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 27-5. As for Riverside-Brookfield, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-14.

Timothy Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverside-Brookfield, after both having extra time off, they and York will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
