Volleyball Recap: North Delta Comes Up Short

North Delta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Regents Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-12.

North Delta's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Regents, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

North Delta will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Memphis Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 25th. After both having extra time off, Regents and Winston Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
