After losing to Northern Nash the last time they met, Bunn decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats blew past the Knights 3-0 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Wildcats have posted against the Knights since September 28, 2021.

Bunn never let Northern Nash on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 25-22.

Payton Wood paced Bunn's offense, picking up 12 kills. Wood got some help from Maycey Buchanan and her 21 assists. Laney Mullen controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bunn now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Northern Nash, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Bunn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Franklinton on the 21st. As for Northern Nash, they will challenge Nash Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
