Baseball Recap: Fremont-Mills Comes Up Short

Fremont-Mills fell victim to Bedford and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 14-0. The Knights have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Fremont-Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Bedford, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Fremont-Mills and Bedford will both be playing East Mills the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host East Mills on Friday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
