They came out on top against the Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles by a score of 18-3 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). Victory Christian's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Lily Brisendine made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over four innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits. Brisendine was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
