Volleyball Recap: Kodiak Find Success

Kodiak won the last time they faced North Pole and things went their way on Friday too. The Bears came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

Maggie Hubert paced Kodiak's offense, picking up six kills. Hubert got some help from Ava Dela Cruz and her eight assists. Fremela Garcia controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The victory got Kodiak back to even at 2-2-1. As for North Pole, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Kodiak will square off against Sitka at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Pole, they will face off against Lathrop at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
