After a string of six wins, Dale County's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Zion Chapel Rebels. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rebels earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Dale County's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Zion Chapel, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-7 record.

Dale County wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 20-1 win against Daleville on the 10th. As for Zion Chapel, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Headland on the 8th.
