Volleyball Recap: Wesleyan Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Wesleyan waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Northside Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Emma Jane Gillis paced Wesleyan's offense, picking up ten kills. Gillis got some help from Caroline Stickney and her 19 assists. Cassie Lohr controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Despite the loss, Northside still got an impressive performance from Mckenzie Durbin, who had 16 digs and three aces.

Wesleyan's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Northside, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Wesleyan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Westminster on the 16th. As for Northside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Chamblee on the 16th.
