Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Christian Takes a Loss

St. Joseph Christian lost against Jefferson County North back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers.

Player #22 paced St. Joseph Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Player #22 got some help from Player #17 and her 11 assists. Player #17 was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

St. Joseph Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6-1. As for Jefferson County North, their win bumped their record up to 27-2.

St. Joseph Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chillicothe at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Jefferson County North, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Horton on the 7th.
