Chapel Hill's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Daingerfield Tigers. The Red Devils haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Chapel Hill took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-6, 25-11.

Chapel Hill's victory bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Daingerfield, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.
