Basketball Recap: Zion Christian Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Zion Christian Academy was the 92-78 winner over Middle Tennessee Christian when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles had to suffer through an 87-58 loss at the hands of the Cougars. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since January 27th.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tucker Blanks, who posted 20 points and five boards. Blanks is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Mason Neal was another key player, putting up 14 points and six rebounds.

Zion Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Middle Tennessee Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Zion Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-56 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 11th. As for Middle Tennessee Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 87-56 defeat against Providence Christian Academy on the 12th.
