Softball Recap: Northeastern Takes a Loss

Northeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-4 to the Currituck County Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Northeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Currituck County, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

While Northeastern had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
