Football Game Preview: Fenton Bison vs. Glenbard East Rams

Fenton is 0-5 against Glenbard East since September of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Bison will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Fenton has given up an average of 28.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Fenton lost to Riverside-Brookfield on the road by a 47-28 margin. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 379th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 167th).

Meanwhile, Glenbard East waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They breezed past the Rebels to the tune of 42-6.

Fenton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Glenbard East, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Fenton took a serious blow against Glenbard East in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 49-14. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Rams' Michael Nee, who threw for 337 yards and five TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes.
