Softball Recap: Palmview Lobos vs. Cigarroa Toros

In what's become a running theme this season, Palmview gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They never let the Cigarroa Toros onto the board and left with a 13-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Palmview.

Arianna Alaniz was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 15 over 4.2 innings pitched. Alaniz has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in 13 consecutive pitching appearances. Alaniz was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with five RBI and a double.
