Basketball Recap: Wyldewood Christian Victorious

Wyldewood Christian saw some tournament action on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bible Baptist Eagles, sneaking past 21-18.

Bible Baptist's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Clayton Luchene, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Marcos Carrillo, who had four points and four steals.

The victory got Wyldewood Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Bible Baptist, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.

Wyldewood Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bible Baptist, they have already played their next matchup, a 44-40 loss against Plum Creek Christian Academy on the 11th.
