Volleyball Recap: Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Takes a Loss

Marquette Manor Baptist Academy lost against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family back in September of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Minutemen took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family. The shutout was out of character for the Minutemen seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Marquette Manor Baptist Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Marquette Manor Baptist Academy still got an impressive performance from Sophia Mukenschnabl, who had 24 digs and one assist. Mukenschnabl is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.
