Football Recap: Casa Roble Rams vs. Woodland Wolves
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Casa Roble). They enjoyed a cozy 38-20 victory over the Woodland Wolves on Friday. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 384th, while the Wolves are ranked 793rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Aidan Lopez was his usual excellent self, throwing for 362 yards and five touchdowns, while also punching in a rushing score. Another player making a difference was Connor Campbell, who picked up 90 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Dylan Ramirez and Joe Abarca certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Ramirez picked up 108 receiving yards and three touchdowns, while Abarca threw for 156 yards and three touchdowns.
