Basketball Recap: Friona Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Friona had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down the Roosevelt Eagles 49-35 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 50-47 back in January.

Friona now has a winning record of 17-16. As for Roosevelt, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-20.

As of now, neither Friona nor Roosevelt have any future games scheduled.
