The Yellow Jackets fell just short of the Roane County Yellowjackets by a score of 9-7 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Yellow Jackets have suffered since March 21st.

Jackson Treece was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games he's played. Blake Hester was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
