Little Snake River had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 76-44 victory over the Meeteetse Longhorns. The win continues a trend for the Rattlers in their matchups with the Longhorns: they've now won six in a row.

Meeteetse's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacob Moody, who rushed for 131 yards and one touchdown on only 15 carries. The Longhorns are 4-2 when Moody posts 100 or more rushing yards, but 0-3 otherwise. Clayton Yoder was another key player, throwing for 186 yards and four TDs.

Little Snake River's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Meeteetse, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Little Snake River will square off against Hulett on Friday. The Devils will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. Meeteetse does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
