Lynden Christian and Cashmere squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Lynden Christian had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Lyncs' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Lynden Christian took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 22-25, 16-25, 25-19, 15-12.

Lynden Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6-1. As for Cashmere, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 27-1.

Lynden Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Kalama on the 15th. As for Cashmere, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Chelan on the 15th.
