Baseball Game Preview: Archbishop Carroll Bulldogs vs. Hialeah Thoroughbreds

The Archbishop Carroll Bulldogs will take on the Hialeah Thoroughbreds at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Monday, Archbishop Carroll came up short against Somerset Academy and fell 5-1. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Archbishop Carroll now has a losing record at 0-1-1.

As for Hialeah, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the right side of .500 (12-9), and they're hoping to kick off an even more successful campaign this year.

Archbishop Carroll couldn't quite finish off Hialeah in their previous meeting back in March of 2021 and fell 5-3. Can Archbishop Carroll avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
