Football Recap: Hersey Comes Up Short

Hersey fell victim to Schaumburg and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saxons. The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Saxons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

The critical scores for Schaumburg came from Mia Phelps and Kaylee Schmidt.

Hersey's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Schaumburg, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
