Volleyball Recap: West Nodaway Comes Up Short

West Nodaway lost against St. Joseph Christian back in September of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rockets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-12.

Chloe Wenger paced West Nodaway's offense, picking up six kills. Wenger got some help from Annalee Livengood and her seven assists.

West Nodaway's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for St. Joseph Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

West Nodaway has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against South Holt on the 6th. As for St. Joseph Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Nodaway-Holt on the 6th.
