After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Stanley County, Redfield was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Waubay/Summit Mustangs by a score of 30-22. The Pheasants' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Redfield's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Waubay/Summit, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Redfield will square off against Hamlin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pheasants will need to watch out since the Chargers have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matches. As for Waubay/Summit, they will head out to square off against Wilmot at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will be up against the Wolves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
