Basketball Recap: Riverview Gets the Win

Riverview hadn't done well against Robinson recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Riverview Sharks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Robinson Knights, sneaking past 53-50. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Sharks as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

When it comes to explaining why Robinson lost, don't look at Jaden Behel. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 14 on his way to 17 points and three steals. Marcell Smith was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Riverview's win bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Robinson, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Riverview has already played their next game, a 61-35 defeat against Plant on the 22nd. Robinson has also already played their next contest (against Bayshore Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
