Meadowbrook Academy had won six straight home games and IVA FEARON did her part to make it seven on Saturday. The Mustangs put the hurt on St. John Lutheran with a sharp 3-0 victory thanks in part to FEARON, who had 32 assists and six digs. FEARON is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

One reason for the win was Meadowbrook Academy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Redeemer Christian got the win against Peniel Baptist Academy on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8, 25-18.

Meadowbrook Academy's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Redeemer Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 17-4.
