Volleyball Recap: Allegany Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Allegany came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Northern Garrett Huskies, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Campers in their meetings with the Huskies: they've now lost five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-14, 25-12.

Northern Garrett found their leader in freshman Violet Taylor, who had 21 digs and two aces. Those 21 digs set a new season-high mark for Taylor.

Allegany now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Northern Garrett, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Looking ahead, Allegany will take on Keyser at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northern Garrett, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Mountain Ridge on the 25th.
