Northshore faced Fontainebleau in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Panthers won by a set and slipped past the Bulldogs 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Northshore's victory bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Fontainebleau, their loss dropped their record down to 22-13.

Coming up, Northshore will host Metairie Park Country Day at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fontainebleau, they will take on Ruston at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are facing the Bearcats at the right time seeing as the Bearcats are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
