Griswold won the last time they faced Wheeler and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolverines put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-11, 25-18.

Rebecca Marsh paced Griswold's offense, picking up 12 kills. Marsh got some help from Bella Bruno and her 24 assists. Bruno was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Griswold's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Wheeler, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Griswold will face off against Plainfield at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wheeler, they will take on St. Bernard at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
