Recap: University Liggett Knights vs. Central Trail Blazers
It was a good run, but The University Liggett Knights unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They were beaten by Central 42-14.
Nikkos Davis rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 70 yards and a touchdown. Santino Cicarella was his top target, picking up 53 receiving yards. On the ground, Gary Stacy rushed for 102 yards.
University Liggett's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Central, their victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 5-5.
University Liggett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Central is on the road again on Friday and play against Hill-McCloy.
