Volleyball Recap: Takini Comes Up Short

Takini was the 2-0 winner over Tiospaye Topa when they last played one another on October 10th, but their luck changed this time around. The Skyhawks fell 3-1 to the Thunderhawks on Tuesday. While the Skyhawks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Thunderhawks 25-19 in the first set.

Takini started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 19-25, 28-26, 25-22, 25-23.

Takini's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Tiospaye Topa, with the win, they broke their 13-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-24.

Takini does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tiospaye Topa, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Wakpala on the 28th.
