Football Game Recap: Thomas Jefferson vs. Benjamin Franklin

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Benjamin Franklin ultimately got the result it was hoping for on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Thomas Jefferson 22-19. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast. The match pushed Thomas Jefferson down to 1-4 and pulled Benjamin Franklin up to the reverse at 4-1.

Benjamin Franklin will be playing at home against Cohen at at 6:00 PM next week. Both of those teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Thomas Jefferson will stay at home against KIPP Renaissance at 7:00 PM. Those two teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
