Soccer Recap: Glendale Adventist Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Glendale Adventist after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell 3-1 to the Newbury Park Adventist Gators. It was the first time this season that the Cougars let down their fans at home.

Glendale Adventist's loss dropped their record down to 4-1-1. As for Newbury Park Adventist, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Glendale Adventist will take on Lighthouse Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newbury Park Adventist, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Pilgrim at 3:00 p.m. on January 29th.
