Baseball Recap: Santa Fe Takes a Loss

Santa Fe lost against Battle Creek back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Grizzlies, falling 14-2. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Santa Fe's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Battle Creek, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-11.

Looking ahead, Santa Fe will face off against Perry County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Battle Creek, they will challenge Richland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
